Poster Frame Backing
Choices available are: Foamcore, Acid Free Foamcore, Black Foamcore, and Corrugated Plastic.
Our Standard White Foamcore is non-acidic. Suggested use is for artwork expected to be framed for up to 50 years and valued less then $100.00. Available in sizes up to 42x62.
Acid Free Foamcore is buffered with an Alkaline chemical which helps to combat the acids found in most posters or prints. Suggested use is for artwork expected to be framed for upwards of 100 years and valued over $100.00.
Available in sized up to 30x40.
Black Foamcore is primarily available for our record frames, and is available in sized up to 30x40.
Corrugated Plastic is a fluted plastic material used when moisture, constant humidity, or temperature changes are a concern. Available in sizes up to 42x62.

Our Custom frame area allows our customers, including smaller frame shops to purchase the frame metal and hardware only (Frame Kit), without having to purchase a Lens Cover or Backing. This is available for those customer who already have their own materials.
