We want you happy! We stand behind our workmanship and quality. If you're not satisfied with our poster frames for ANY reason (and it is RARE), we want to know so we can make it right! We want to be your lifetime supplier of all your framing needs.

If you need to return a poster frame or product to us, please contact us within 30 days
of purchase, as we will not accept returns without prior consent or past 30 days of purchase. All standard frames carry a 25% restocking fee, or a minimum fee of $5.00 (whichever is greater), unless the reason for return is our fault or has been damaged by shipping.

We're sorry, but all sales are final (non-refundable or exchangeable) on custom, rush and/or special orders including shipping charges.

*Please Note: Any packages damaged from shipment or with missing contents, MUST be declared within 15 days of delivery. Failure to notify of damages will result in a loss of damage claim.

Shipping & Handling is the responsibility of the customer, and is not refunded.
(Products with a Free Shipping promotion that are returned will have the actual original Shipping & Packaging Fees deducted.)
